Post-Download No-Refund Notice (Provisional — Pending Legal Review)

Article 1 (Scope) This notice sets the refund limits for result files purchased through the THEZZLE resale market. Article 2 (No refund after download) Once any file from a purchased result has been downloaded, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. Before any file is downloaded, the general refund procedure applies. Article 3 (What counts as a download) A download is the point at which the server records the file-download request. Article 4 (Notice) This document is a provisional draft published before legal review is complete. It will be replaced by a finalized version once legal review concludes.
